This policy applies to all bookings made with JSK Camp Kinnaur Kailash through jskcamp.in, phone or WhatsApp. Please read carefully before booking.
1. How to Cancel
To cancel a booking, email us at kuldeep.negi95666@gmail.com or WhatsApp +91 8628846666 with your Booking ID and reason. A cancellation is effective only after we send you a written acknowledgement.
2. Cancellation Charges

3. Weather, Landslides & Government Restrictions
If your trip is cancelled due to road closures, landslides, government restrictions, severe weather, or any force majeure event, we will offer:
- Full credit note valid for 12 months to re-book, OR
- Refund of 70–90% of the paid amount, after deducting non-recoverable costs (porter advances, permits, etc.).
4. Modification of Dates
Date changes are allowed free of charge if requested at least 10 days before the journey date and subject to availability. Changes within 10 days are treated as a cancellation + re-booking.
5. Refund Timeline
- Refunds are processed within 7–10 working days of our written acknowledgement.
- Refunds are credited to the original payment method (bank transfer / UPI) only.
- Bank processing times may add 2–5 additional days.
6. Non-Refundable Items
Costs for special arrangements already incurred on your behalf — such as permits, porter advances, or special supplies — are non-refundable.
7. Services Not Used
No refund is given for unused meals, nights or services once your trip has started.
