1. Services Offered
JSK Camp provides tourism-related services including homestay accommodation, alpine camping, meals, local guide services, and porter arrangements for the Kinnaur Kailash yatra and surrounding treks.
2. Bookings
- Bookings may be made online through our website or by phone/WhatsApp.
- A booking is confirmed only after our team contacts you and you receive a written confirmation.
- You must provide accurate name, phone number, travel dates and party size.
- Guests under 18 must be accompanied by a parent or guardian.
3. Pricing & Payment
- Prices on the website are per person and in Indian Rupees (₹).
- Prices are subject to change without notice; the rate applicable at the time of confirmed booking is final.
- Full or part payment may be required to secure the booking during peak yatra season.
- Accepted modes: cash, UPI, bank transfer.
4. Guest Responsibilities
- Respect the local culture, traditions and residents of Kinnaur.
- Do not litter, smoke or consume alcohol in prohibited areas.
- Follow instructions of guides and porters at all times, especially during high-altitude treks.
- Carry valid photo ID (Aadhaar / Passport / Voter ID).
- You are responsible for your personal belongings and valuables.
5. Health & Safety
- The Kinnaur Kailash trek involves high altitude, cold weather and physical exertion. Guests must be medically fit.
- Please disclose any pre-existing medical conditions before the trek.
- Children under 10 and persons with heart, respiratory or orthopedic issues are advised to consult a doctor before booking.
- We strongly recommend adequate travel and medical insurance.
6. Weather & Route Changes
Himalayan weather is unpredictable. Routes, timings or itineraries may change at short notice for safety reasons. JSK Camp’s decision in such matters is final.
7. Liability
JSK Camp takes every reasonable precaution for guest safety but is not liable for loss, injury, delay, illness or death arising from natural causes, acts of God, government restrictions, road closures, or the guest’s own actions. Participation in treks is at the guest’s own risk.
8. Website Use

- You agree not to misuse the website, upload harmful content, or attempt to compromise its security.
9. Governing Law
